The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program's mission is to assist volunteers in finding meaningful volunteer opportunities in which they can share their experience.

Conceived during John F. Kennedy's presidency, Senior Corps currently links more than 245,000 Americans to service opportunities. Their contributions of skills, knowledge, and experience make a real difference to individuals, nonprofits, and faith-based and other community organizations throughout the United States. Senior Corps Impact State by State Senior Corps volunteers contribute their time and talents to Senior Corps’ RSVP, Foster Grandparent and Senior Companion programs.
