In any case, keep in mind that CHM is just a bunch of compressed HTML files with optional TOC, index and search. Works on many platforms and is open-source. There are many tools out there to unpack CHMs, including the good old 7zip: 7z e mybook.chm On Windows CHMs can be upacked using the native Windows help viewer: hh.exe --decompile FOLDER_NAME MYBOOK.CHM Once you have unpacked the HTML files, you can open the top index file (usually index.html) in a browser, and enable printing of all linked pages, if your browser has this option. Convert compiled html help file to pdf. You can choose a virtual pdf printer instead of an actual printer, which will allow you to get PDF output. It can convert from CHM to PDF, as well as to/from EPUB, EBOOK, LIT, MOBI, RTF, FB2, etc.

The patch has been confirmed to work on an R4 card, but not DSTT. Please read readme.txt then the full Patch Notes before starting your game.

This game is like the robots with a prison sentence of two other (and Etrian Odyssey Etrian Odyssey II heroes of late). So I've downloaded the demo and this game has really capitvated my imagination as something really interesting and old school. I got to the second map area but unfortunately I can't take more then one advanced pack of monsters out before I need to go back to heal up. For some reason I can't seem to activate my skills, I just do auto attacks, am I missing something? Also, I don't get this notion of building your paths, the paths all see pre-determined. At what capacity do I make my own paths? Lastly, how long does this game take? Ah, yes, I wasn't sure how to use skills until my characters were already up to level 8 in the actual game.
To use skills use the Menu that appears when you press Y, then go to Custom, then Skill, and select the character you want to change the skills for. You'll find the Patch Up skill for your Medic particularly useful since it restores HP to the entire party after a battle. You can also use the Bandage skill for Landsknechts to heal one at a time after battle using TP.
I'm not exactly sure what you referring to by 'building your paths', but you can use the map on the touch screen and use the stylus to keep record of the layout of the dungeon. You can use this layout to take shortcuts on re-entry or on the way back out. I'm not sure how long the game is, but I've yet to leave the '1st Land: Wind Plains' after 4 and a half hours. It's starting to look like I'll have to do some grinding to continue my quests as well, but afterwards I'll be able to continue to the 2nd Land.
(I'm at the point where I'll open up the next area but I'm too weak to continue.). You can have the map fill in the path as you walk automatically, but you'll want to also fill in the walls, hidden passages, collection/mining spots, rest spots, etc. Just like you would have done on graph paper if you were playing a dungeon crawler back in the early 80s.
It's a great series, in my opinion. I pre-ordered it the day I found out about it. I think that this fourth installment seems like the best yet (although I haven't played the first game). I really love the way the air ship works to connect dungeons.
I haven't spent enough time with it yet to decide if I like the classes as much or better than those in pt. 2 and 3 because I'm still obsessed with Fire Emblem.
